Primrose flowers, otherwise known as primula, are a genus of 400-500 popular ornamental flowering plants. They can be found all over the world, from the temperate climate of the northern hemisphere to mountains in the tropics.

Primroses come in lots of shapes and sizes. They grow close to the ground. Varieties appear in several different colors but are most often a vibrant yellow, purple, pink, red or white.
